Most Interesting thing I learned:  Kennywood was built  in 1898 so workers in the steel mills would have places to take their families on their days off. They still have steel mills there and you can see them on the way to Kennywood.

This is Cosmic Chaos - it's very fun, you spin and almost go upside down.  I'm on there somewhere.

The Racer is one of the oldest coasters.  There are two trains and they race.

They have pretty good soft serve ice cream here.

Kennywood has lots of roller coasters, even roller coasters from the 1920's that are fun to ride, and they have modern ones like the Phantom's Revenge too.  It's interesting to see how roller coasters and amusement park rides have changed.  Some of the rides that my Grandparents went on when they were in high school are still there, like the Kangaroo.  Some of my favorite rides were Phantom's Revenge, Cosmic Chaos and Swing Shot.  They have an area with smaller rides for little kids.
